BOOKING POLICY


To reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so the reserved time can be offered to another client.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee to the card on file.

If you are unable to find a suitable appointment time online, please text 778-798-5463. Whenever possible, an effort will be made to accommodate you if a space opens up.
